The restaurant
A sense of place
Ayà is the lounge concept at The Balmori Suites, with Filipino small plates and locally inspired drinks at the centre of its story.
Specify Ayà when enquiring so the booking and menu refer to the lounge. Confirm the current food and drinks selection separately from the associated Hapag restaurant.
